One Fish, Tunafish, Redfish,...Northern?

...or 'Perch Pike', in Euro terms, yes, can be bought in the grocery store.  

Left is salmon, from Norway.  Someone told us there's not much for commercial fish at this end of the Baltic.

In back it looks like rainbow trout, but it is more like lake trout.  It is sea trout.  There are lots of kinds of sea trout but like lake trout they are basically brown or rainbow trout that learned to live in larger open waters and got bigger over time.
